Sergey Kamlyuk

In 1980 Sergey Kamlyuk finished secondary school 122 in Minsk and in 1987 he graduated from the Physical Education Institute with a degree of a coach. His wife Elena Kamlyuk, who is a member of Belarusian craftsmen’s union of popular arts, taught him to weave. Now Sergey is a professional weaver who knows how to work on a traditional Belarusian weaving machine known as krosny. He is familiar with technique of weaving belts by hands. Since 2006 he has been working in our museum.

Sergey is fond of cars and sports. He likes to spend time in the country.
